Hallo,
in the last time I have the strange effect that my Exchange account disappears from the Lightning calender. If I look into the TbSync Account Manager the calendar is unchecked. If I check it the synchronization happens and than it works for a while before it disappears again.
I'm a bit confused about the versioning hints on the web page https://addons.thunderbird.net/de/thunderbird/addon/tbsync/
It looks like version 2.10 of TbSync is not compatible with Thunderbird 68.
