On addons.thunderbird.net you can now download the rewritten addon version for Thunderbird 102:
Allow HTML Temp :: Versions :: Add-ons for Thunderbird
This addon version is compatible from up Thunderbird Beta 101. Would be interesting, if your problems are solved by this new addon 8.* version.

If the bug shows again, I'll report it.
