12. Juli 2023 um 23:46 Hat den Titel des Themas von „Allot HTML Temp for Thunderbird 115?“ zu „Allow HTML Temp for Thunderbird 115?“ geändert. -
Since about version 112 beta, changes have been implemented or activated in the Thunderbird code that have made the concept of Allow HTML Temp technically absolutely impossible.
The MZLA owner for the addons area tried to create a concept for our use case, but to be honest, I see little chance that the necessary changes will really be built into Thunderbird. Unfortunately, without the basis in Thunderbird itself, Allow HTML Temp is no longer possible. There wasn't even a single comment from the core Thunderbird developers on the associated bugzilla entry: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1829790
We discuss this problem in German language in this thread, which you could read with Google Translator: https://www.thunderbird-mail.de/forum/thread/91790

Auch. Awful. I commented in the thread though it seems their bugzilla lacks feedback from the devs (I submitted 2 other issues from supernova without any comment…)
I saw the thread in German, but after translating the title and first message I assumed it's about something with configuration, not the complete inability to have it working

The prefs (a new listener and reloading all opened messages) are the reason for the problem.
