Hi Drachen, Mapenzi and graba.
This POP address (pop.email.com.br) is an alternative Server of the Provider "Inova". Users built their address among dozens of options. Inedit and very good.
This Provider is no longer free for sending mail (SMTP), while maintaining reception POP free. But with a different / alternative address. As indicated.
It works well at reception and, to send we have to use an SMTP different from another Provider. I chose GMail.
But I already solved this problem:
- Google-GMail itself has a great tool.
- So I created a new extra account on GMail.
- In it I included the Inova Account; thus, I being able to enter this account as if it were a GMail account.
- Then, on this same Inova Account, now on GMail, I went to "Import Messages" and other data, where I inserted the POP of the Inova Account.
- Google installed a Tool on the PC.
- After being installed, this tool transferred all six hundred and such messages, placing them in the GMail Inbox. In that Inova Account (now in GMail).
In Thunderbird I added the Inova Account, with GMail settings. Everything is working very well.
Thank you all. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hugs and health.

Hello Drachen
I write in English as it is easier for me.
But in German, I translate without a problem. Thanks.
I am attaching the configuration on my Thunderbird.
I use POP (pop.email.com.br) to receive.
I have to use the GMail SMTP, from my GMail Account.
The reason: while this Provider kept the reception (POP) free, to send (SMTP) it is charging.
To get around this, I have this configuration.
I'm just having trouble receiving (POP).
When sending SMTP GMail, everything is fine.
I use Kaspersky Total Security 21.2.16.590.
I await your instructions.
Thank you.
Hug.

Hi
I have Thunderbird 78.5.0 (64-bit) installed on my Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) PC.
I have the e-mail account well configured, but Thundebird does not download messages (641 messages) from the server.
See the two images:
- In the bottom bar of program, it is informing that are downloading 1 of 641 messages ...
- But in the Inbox there is no messages received.
With the same settings, in Outlook 2019, messages are well downloaded. I copied all messages from Outlook 2019 and pasted it into a folder. Then, I converted them to MBOX and imported them into Thunderbird. Successfully.
But I don't want to use Outlook 2019; I want to use Thunderbird.
Some configuration may be missing.
I do not know more. I need help, please.
Thanks.

Hello Sehvornix
Yes I understand.
I tried to drag and drop the file straight into the folder (inbox) on Thunderbird. But it did not work.
Now, I uninstalled the Beta version and installed the Stable version.
It was resolved. I have already imported all 475 messages.
Thank you for your help.
Health and hugs.

Hi mrb
Yes, I tried and it didn't work.
I gave up on the beta. I installed the stable version 78.5.0 (64bit).
I performed all the procedures, but without success:
- Import / Export is not transferring EML messages (Outlook).
I will also give up this version and reinstall the beta.
Since I am not successful, I will forget these four hundred and such messages.
Thanks for your message.

Hi
I'm asking for help.
I have Thunderbird 84.0b1 (64-bit), installed on my Windows 10 Pro x64.
I saved some EML emails (Outlook 2019) in a folder.
I plan to transfer these emails to Thunderbird.
I am not finding the "ImportExportTools" Extension / Tool to add to Thunderbird.
The Extension that I find at https://addons.thunderbird.net/pt-pt/thunderb…ortexporttools/ is not installed.
I look forward to your help.
Thank you.
